Pros - What Is Included / Condition?
This listing is for a wooden project boat located in the centre of the river, near the Northam bridge. It is in a project boat state and will require someone with a good knowledge of woodwork to complete it. The price already reflects it state.
Unfortunately, I don't know the make and year of the boat although I do have journals where the previous owner described his work on it.

Cons - What Needs Work / Condition?
The reason's for sale are as followed: boat needs proper materials, i did try to fix it using some cheap materials, but it wasn't a good idea. Expect to spend about 400 pounds for the wood and epoxy to restore the cabin and the deck. Most of my work was in simply removing rotten parts and rubbish. The rest of my work (like windows and plastic cover) can be removed much easier than the original parts.
This boat had a double motor and a back of a cabin however, unfortunately, they were due to being in a bad condition. Parts for attaching the motors and steering are still present.
The condition of the boat's hull (bottom outside part and walls) are relatively good except one part, left side, in the nose, high above the water.
One of many vertical planks that holds diagonal boards in place is rotten away, but this shouldn't affect hull strength much, even as is. This damage is hard to spot from the outside. Lack of paint on a left side is because i started to remove the paint, but didn't finish it.
Most of the decking is removed, and remaining isn't good too, but relatively easy to replace. Back part of a boat has no decking, what you see on photos is just a pallet wood placed there as a temporal floor for working, its not attached to the boat. Upper decking that goes around the cabin has several bad parts too.
Windows are covered in transparent plastic about 1 mm thick, good enough to not to have too much wind inside, but you would want to out proper windows in place. Original windows became not transparent, because they were made from plastic and was old and i removed them to check the cabin.
