The Gleniffer is an air start so there's a single cylinder Lister turning a compressor that charges up two massive air tanks.
None have been run for long time but they are not seized and could be brought back into service with a bit of tlc.
Cons - What Needs Work / Condition?
Everything needs work. She hasn't been out of the water in 14 years. I'd say a total gut and refit is needed.
Price negotiable as I'd rather see her move on than be scrapped.
