Hey Nick- welcome to the forum, I’ve had loads of feedback about CT1 the fact it’s fairly affordable to order online makes it higher on my list to be honest. I can imagen there are places that stock it locally as well. At least that would cut out the postage costs. Yeah mate,enjoying the Leeds-Liverpool system atm, just fitted a nice Gypsy wood burner on it,nice and toasty now. Getting rid offabric canopy and replacing with Laminated panels asap.Then all done for now. Im looking for another project as we speak. Must be mad

I think when we spoke via Reddit you said you were going to use Sikoflex 291 – since then I’ve had a few suggestions of Sikoflex 292 because it has twice she sheer strength on 291. I also had a suggestion of bitumen which is a sealant that is sometimes used in roofing which can be used in tempeatures of -20°C to 80°C. For now I would stick with t…[Read more]

Okay so I know it’s an old post from 2014 but wowza it’s still impressive. The skills that these guys must have used to create a boat in their front garden is phenomenal. I can’t imagen what the neighbors must of thought.

Yeh do it! just let us know about the results are in – I’m not at a point with my fishing boat project where I need to use any but I might get one to keep to the side providing it doesn’t go out of date. A few people have said about putting sealants in the freezer to keep them fresh but I can imagen my partner wouldn’t be too happy especially if…[Read more]

ive heard some good stuff about that Trex Sealant as wel but I’m yet to use it. Might get a tube and tell you my results!
