Pros - What Is Included / Condition?
Sails, booms etc, trailer (recently serviced), rudder, oars, some metal work (inc new brass items), barely used tins of Epifanes undercoat, bilge paint, varnish and antifoul. Lots of bits and bobs (wood, floor, fittings, rope etc.). Automatic bilge pump has been fitted and will be included. Unfortunately, I've not got the time to work on her - I spent many happy hours last summer, but lack of workspace makes it difficult for me to get moving on this the way I would like. She is12ft long, 5ft depth at the widest point.
Cons - What Needs Work / Condition?
The boat needs to be in the water really so that the wood can swell and you can see what might need attention. The hull is in generally good condition, having been stripped, filled where necessary, varnished, painted etc. Interior has been partially stripped, but the remainder of the old varnish needs to come off (it currently peels away) and be painted/varnished as preferred.
