Good progress today, the starboard bunk has been completely removed hurray! I’ve started grinding it all flat, the factory layup is absolutely awful, the glass wasn’t anywhere near saturated enough, I’m pretty sure one layer of 600g Biaxial roving will double the boats strength! From the pics the eagle eyed among you can make out the hull deflection from poorly placed jacks, hint it’s the heavily ground white area in the last pic, more tomorrow!
